Prior to Aptix, worked at Altera Corporation.   Holds BSEE degree from Cornell University, currently enrolled in EMBA program at CEIBS.   Mon-Ren Chene Chairman & CTO Over twenty-five years of experience in engineering and management in EDA and FPGA software development.   Co-founded Osprey Design System in 1995 and merged with Aptix Corporation as Software Architect and Vice President of Software Development.   Holds two U.S. patents. Graduated with an MS degree in Operations Research from Stanford University.   Wendy Kuo CFO Over twenty years of experience in accounting, auditing, finance, and management in high technology industries and public accounting.   Held various management positions at Applied Materials, Rohm Corporation, and Price Waterhouse (Taipei).   Holds Masters of Accounting degree from University of Florida and is a CPA.
