S2C lnc. develops and provides FPGA-based electronic system level (ESL) and advanced system-on-chip (SoC) prototyping solutions to accelerate and simplify the integration of embedded systems into chips. S2C products, using innovative TAI IP technology, let designers easily and securely employ IP to quickly assemble SoC prototypes on FPGA and immediately start software development. By partnering with leading IP vendors, S2C provides a broad array of commercial IP in plug-and-play FPGA-based format. S2C's FPGA-based ESL solution enables designers to go directly from architectural specification to FPGA prototype – and reduce the SoC design cycle by up to six months.

S2C in China
S2C China provides one-stop solution shopping for customers who are building or plan to build SoCs. We provide the SoC prototyping and design services, IP, and tools that enable FPGA-based ESL design. So, as long as you know the type of SoC you want to build, we can help you to realize your goal.

S2C believes that "Build the right SoC" comes before "Build the SoC right", and our methodology therefore focuses on putting together the prototype for your SoC on FPGA as the first step. Our prototyping service assists you not only in implementing such SoC prototypes, but also in acquiring the right IP and putting them together. You can then run software on your SoC prototype to make sure the functions are as expected before building the actual SoC hardware. You can also use the SoC prototype to talk to your customers. After confirming that you have the right SoC in prototype form, you can then decide to engage S2C to implement your SoC, or build the SoC on your own.

S2C History
S2C was founded in San Jose, CA in 2003 by a group of veterans with extensive knowledge in ASIC emulation, FPGA prototyping, and SoC validation technologies. In April 2004, S2C set up its Engineering Development Center in Shanghai. With a rapidly growing customer base in China, S2C subsequently established sales offices in Beijing and Shenzhen. Currently, the US office focuses on technology research, strategic alliances, and North American marketing and sales; the China offices focus on product development and Asia marketing and sales.
