S2C Introduces Design Verification Innovation with SoC Prototyping System IP Porter™
Shanghai, PRC -- S2C Inc., a provider of advanced system-on-chip (SoC) design solutions, today announced the release of IP Porter™, a comprehensive SoC prototyping system that accelerates and simplifies today's complex design flows. IP Porter is the first hardware-based electronic system level (ESL) tool to enable SoC designers and IP providers to specifically address IP exchange security and SoC integration and validation issues, without extensive knowledge of ASIC design. Utilizing S2C's proprietary TAI IP™ technology, IPs and SoCs Site Mapped on IP Porter are made intuitively testable, analyzable, and integratable.

IP Porter is a hardware/software-integrated system that enables IP integration, system debugging, system testing, and software development. In terms of hardware specifications, IP Porter comes equipped with 3 million ASIC gates, 1 GB of memory, in-circuit testing speeds of up to 100 MHz, and an internal state-and-data analyzer. IP Porter also includes compiler and debugger software with intuitive graphical user interfaces. IP Porter supports four verification methods: in-circuit mode, vector mode, co-emulation with standard simulators, and co-modeling with system-C and 3rd-party ESL tools.
